MAY MANIA!
One incredible season: Wednesdays in May 2007

What did you miss?
If you haven't managed to get along to the fantastic May season of John Rowe's LOUNGE ROOM LIVE, you've missed four fantastic shows and four fantastic guests. First up were Tim Campbell & Natalie Lowe from Dancing With the the Stars, then star of stage and screen Jay Laga'aia, followed the lovely and talented Jolene Anderson from All Saints and It Takes Two, and finally the soulful and fun Deni Hines.

Here's a quick summary of some of the stuff you've missed:
- Long lost videos of Tim Campbell dancing with Betty Rubble and Natalie Lowe doing ballroom at the age of 7!
- Jay Laga'aia's genuine light sabers from the Star Wars set!
- Jolene Anderson being tested on her medical jargon to see if working on All Saints makes here a real nurse!
- Deni Hines recounts the story of the day she met Prince Andrew in his dressing gown!

- Highlights of wonderful "hit tracks" from The Ethel Merman Disco Album, the "virtuosity" of the worlds worst classical singer: Florence Foster Jenkins and hilarious tracks from the baffling stage show "Princess Diana: The Musical".
- More hilarious album covers
- Completely inappropriate but completely funny footage from a bargain bin karaoke DVD, with such footage as shots of cheese and bratwurst sausages for the 80's classic 'Hungry Eyes".

- John Rowe's weekly quest to be The Biggest Lounge Room Loser: the NW Sleep Yourself Slim Diet, John's very own Sticker Diet which turns any food instantly into a low fat option. In the end John lost 4kgs and 4 inches, with the help of some good old fashioned cheating!
- Fresh new music like the lovely Mothers Day ballad written on the spot with the help of the audience, or the tragic spontaneous song of Paris Hilton's prison sentence.
- The wonderful world of Chair Dancing, with a fresh routine for the audience to try every week! The introduction of paper plates (Souvenir versions which audience members were able to take home and cherish forever) filled the lounge room with a flurry of flapping fans.
- Video messages to John Rowe from TV stars backstage at the Logies!
- Besides all the wacky stuff there's been lots of awesome live music, interesting and eye opening chats with the stars AND to top it all off... free donuts!
